As part of the City's Strategic Priorities, the City has put together a packet of information for our residents living in rental properties.  Tenants in the city will be receiving a packet containing information about tenant rights available under Minnesota Law. 

The Guide lists resources that are available to assist with management practices, lease agreements, fees, charges, housing discrimination and more.
