Question/ Answers

1. For project estimates are cost ranges acceptable?
A. Yes, but we prefer to see estimates as close to the real costs as possible.

2. Will we have an opportunity to meet and refine these ranges as part of the SOW process?
A. Yes - If selected as a finalist for interview we would discuss the budget in more detail to make sure we proceed with a more accurate figure.

3. Are we able to add or change line-items in Form #4?
A. Yes - You may add/modify, but please explain what changes were made.

4. We would like to confirm that the City would be responsible for any necessary content development/editing/creation.
A. Staff does not have coding experience. We would like to have a platform designed so it can be maintained by users with no coding experience. Much like the process we currently have in place.

5. Would the City handle translation or would you like to utilize a service such as Google Translate?
A. We do not have translation capability. We could use Google Translate.

6. You mentioned a new brand for the city. What brand documentation is available?
A. The City has a brand guide which has our logo, color schemes and typography for documents.
